This article explains how to disable Meta AI on Facebook via the web and mobile apps. Instructions apply to Meta AI comment summaries, which are enabled by default.

If you are browsing the web or using the Facebook app on your computer, you can disable Meta AI in a few steps.

Select your account profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

From the drop-down menu, select Settings and privacy, then select Settings.
