You can't win a realistic shooter like Bodycam without good and clear communication, but there has been a reported issue where players hear themselves echoing after speaking in the game.

There doesn’t seem to be a fix for this in-game yet, but there is a method you can try outside of the game to reduce or remove the echo effect. Here’s how to disable microphone monitoring in Bodycam.

There is no in-game setting to disable the microphone monitoring effect in Bodycam. The only voice chat settings that can be adjusted in-game are the volume of those in proximity chat and a few microphone sensitivity settings that change the effect of your microphone during gameplay.

However, the developers have informed players via the message above the settings that Bodycam takes its microphone settings directly from Steam's VOIP controls. There you can make further changes to your settings.
