By default, Chrome's pop-up blocker is enabled, but this guide will show you how to disable it and allow pop-ups (or add site exceptions) in a Chrome desktop browser.
Disable Pop-ups in Google Chrome | Disable Pop-up Blocker in Google Chrome
The pop-up blocker is automatically enabled on the Chrome desktop, but you can disable it at any time to allow pop-ups everywhere.
Not all pop-ups are bad. Allowing pop-ups can provide a better browsing experience and prevent interruptions to site functionality.
Click Customize and control Google Chrome (three vertical dots) to the right of the address bar and select Settings from the options menu.
