How to Disable the X-Sensitive Content Setting – 2023
There is an option to turn off the algorithm that displays tweets in your timeline in a different order and sort your tweets by time posted. While this will bring you back to your chronological timeline, you will still see "In Case You Missed It", promoted tweets, liked tweets, and conversation threads.
Once you log in, select the icon that looks like a bunch of stars. It’s at the top of your feed. Then select See Latest Tweets.
If you want to get rid of promoted tweets, random posts liked by people you follow, conversation threads, "In case you missed it," and account recommendations, one feature you should check out is lists. These are collections of accounts that you can manually add at any time. When you view a list, every post from the added accounts will be displayed chronologically and without the features mentioned above. Here's how to create one:
