Sometimes writing is easier than typing, especially on the iPhone’s small keyboards. Luckily, Apple has a feature that lets you quickly compose a message in iMessages. The problem is, you’ll probably never find it if you don’t know where to look.

Start or open an iMessage, then turn your device sideways to landscape mode.

You will see a new button on the right side of your keyboard. This is the Sketch icon. Tap it.
