How to: Embed a document on the web in Google Docs
Google Docs is a very flexible word processor in many ways, but what many people don't know is that you can embed HTML into a Google Doc.
There are several ways to do this. One is to copy an HTML document directly from a browser and paste it into a Google Doc. The other is a trick using the importHTML function in Google Sheets to customize HTML markup that you can then embed in a Google Doc.
If you're writing a document that requires information from the Internet, you don't want to have to paste that information as text.
