Amazon’s digital assistant Alexa has a handy alarm feature that can remind you when it’s time to wake up, walk the dog, or whatever else you want. Here’s how to set an alarm using the Alexa app or by using voice commands on Alexa-enabled devices, including the Echo Dot and Echo Show.
Set Alarms in the Amazon Alexa App
You can set different alarms to fit your schedule and events. Alarms can also include music and smart lights. You can set an Alexa alarm using the following voice commands:
To stop an alarm, say Alexa, stop or Alexa, cancel. To snooze an alarm, say Alexa, snooze to silence the alarm for nine minutes.
Once you set up an Alexa alarm, you can manage it using the Amazon Alexa app for iOS or Android.
