This article explains how to access the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) in Windows 10.
Windows 10 – How to enter BIOS configuration? | ASUS SUPPORT
You may need to enter the BIOS to change the system date and time, hardware settings, or the boot order. You can enter the BIOS by pressing a specific hotkey while the system is booting. However, the time interval is short, so be prepared to press the right key at the right time, just after the POST beep.
Newer computers with UEFI BIOS offer an easier way to enter the BIOS (or Setup as it's often called) by booting into Windows 10 first.
The exact moment to press the BIOS hotkey is sometime after the computer has been turned on and Windows has initialized. Older computers with legacy BIOS have some time (but not much) to press the key. If the brand logo disappears before the key is pressed, the time has expired and you will need to restart the PC to enter the BIOS.
