You can get out of Nettie's chamber in Baldur's Gate 3 by using the Arcane Circlet helmet. This uncommon helmet item grants immunity to poisoning and can be collected in two ways. The easiest way is to kill Nettie in the Druids' Chambers next to the Enclave Library. But if you don't want to kill her, you can loot the Arcane Circlet by collecting it from Findal. You can find him unconscious in the Underground Passage cavern in the Druid Grove.
After passing Nettie's room in BG3, you will enter the underground passage via the hidden stone slab. But beware: you will encounter several Goblin enemies along the way, so be careful and prepared.
