HARD RESET FITBIT Charge 2 – Restore Default Settings / Fitbit Factory Reset
Resetting your Fitbit Charge 2 to factory settings will delete all previously stored data, as well as any data that hasn't yet synced to your Fitbit account. This can be useful if you're planning to sell or give away your Charge 2 and don't want any trace of your data lying around.
Unlike other Fitbit models, like the Charge HR or Charge 3, the Charge 2 doesn’t have a hardware button you can use to reset the device. Here’s how to do that.
