In Diablo 4, you can obtain an Infernal Compass in most endgame content, such as completing Nightmare Dungeons, opening Helltide Chests, and collecting rewards from caches at the Tree of Whispers.
You can even get them from the Seasonal Journey rewards caches, specifically Diablo 4 Chapter Four and beyond. But the best farming method is Nightmare Dungeons.
