As you progress through the main storyline, you'll be rewarded with significant amounts of Will. Additionally, don't forget to venture off the beaten path and complete side quests, as these often yield Will as a reward, providing a consistent source of in-game currency.
Defeating enemies close to your level near Shrines will earn you this currency. So when you’re ready to grind, visit Shrines, defeat the enemies, rest there, and defeat the respawned enemies again to farm a lot of Will.
