Firstly, you will get this task as soon as you enter the Court of Savantae Facility and you will need to go to the top floor. You will come across the door with a green switch box and a broken red switch box.
You then need to use the levitator utility on the green battery and place it in the green switch box. Once this is done, the barrier will open and you can enter the room.
