Players can catch Froakie in Pokemon SV Indigo Disk in the Coastal Biome. However, players must first upgrade the biome by completing the Boost Biodiversity in Coastal Biome request. The request can be found on the support board in the league's club room at Blueberry Academy.
You will need around 3000 BP to upgrade the coastal biome in the game. Players will need to complete various BB missions, trainer battles, etc. to earn that much battle points. Although it won’t be easy to earn the points, the reward will be worth it in the end. And if you complete the BB mission, you might be able to catch various legendary creatures in Indigo Disk.
