Leroy O'Neil is one of the high-value targets you can collect for a hefty reward, as long as you survive a dangerous kidnapping.

Leroy O'Neil is a red bounty target, meaning he'll give you more money in exchange for a little extra effort. Once you accept his bounty mission, you'll be led to the second floor of an abandoned motel in the Grand Senora Desert.

When you reach the second floor, a cutscene will start where the playable character is knocked out and kidnapped, with all of your clothes, armor, weapons, and phone taken. When your character wakes up, you will find yourself in a basement beneath O'Neil's farm, locked behind an electric gate that will shock you if you try to escape.
