Nameless Seer is an NPC that will give you a free unique item every time you find him. To find Nameless Seer, you will need to get the Reliquary Scarab of Vision, or mod the Necropolis league, and then kill a pack affected by the Lantern of Arimor. However, it is important to have a good build for the Necropolis league before attempting either of these methods.

Reliquary Scarab of Vision can be found randomly on the map if you want to rely on luck. However, if you build your Atlas Tree so that Scarabs appear more often, you'll pick them up much faster.
