There are two ways to view the cached version of a page on Google. Either do a normal search on the desktop site and then open the cached version from there, or add a word to your Google search on the desktop or mobile site to open the cached version immediately.
You can easily find the cached page with a normal Google search. You simply perform a regular search and then click on a link in the search results to open the cached page.
