Searching your Pokémon Go box for specific Pokémon can be quite a challenge, especially if, like me, you have 2,000 Pokémon to go through.

For example, you can put your Pokémon in the Pokédex order to make them easier to find, but you can also enter a keyword into the box to find all the Ultra Beasts you have in just a few moments.
To search your box for Ultra Beasts in Pokémon Go, type “Ultra beasts” or “Ultra Beasts” into the search bar at the top of the screen.
If you type Ultra Beast without the "s", Ultra Beast Pokémon will not appear when you search for them. If you successfully type either of the above two options, regardless of case sensitivity, any Ultra Beast you've caught should appear instantly.
