Homelessness occurs when there are residents in your village who have no place to stay. If you do not provide a home for these people, they will become homeless and start creating homeless camps, which will ultimately affect your approval rating. This will hinder the growth of your village, preventing more people from moving in and helping with tasks.

There is only one way to fix the Homelessness debuff in Manor Lords, however. It requires time, patience, some city planning, and some resources.

To fix the Homelessness debuff in Manor Lords, you'll need to build enough Burgage Plots to house all of your villagers and their families. The homeless in your village should slowly start moving into the empty houses, and the camps formed by the homeless should also automatically disappear once they've moved.
