A Pal Sphere can be used to catch Wild Pals, but often you will see that the Pal Sphere does not work or stutters in Palworld. This bug can be frustrating, especially if you are unable to throw it when you are so close to catching a Pal. When this happens, here is what you can do to fix it.

At the time of writing, the game is in early access, so bugs and glitches can crop up often. However, there are a few workarounds to fix the issue where you can’t throw a Pal Sphere even though you have one equipped.

I encountered this bug early in my gameplay and had to quickly run to the nearest Primitive Workbench and craft a new Pal Sphere using Paldium Fragment x1, Wood x5, and Stone x5. Once done, face the Pal you want to catch and press Q on PC to throw a Sphere.

This bug can pop up at any time, so it's important to have enough of the necessary materials on hand.
