It can be frustrating when you try to boot your computer and Windows freezes or crashes. Fortunately, there are steps you can take to fix the problem.

Turn your computer off and on again. Unfortunately, you can't properly restart Windows because it hasn't fully loaded, so you'll have to do it manually.
