As you progress through the main storyline of No Rest For The Wicked, you’ll eventually encounter a man named Rattigan, who’s trapped in his wagon cell. You can free him, but it’s not immediately obvious how to do so. Here’s what you need to know to do just that.

Rattigan is a member of the Risen who was captured at some point during your arrival in Sacrament. He is a man who refuses to answer any questions or cooperate with you in any way unless you first free him from his cell, and he tells you so.
To free Rattigan from his cell, you'll need to get the Wagon Cell Key from a guard who's been sent to wash in a fountain. The quest doesn't specify exactly where this fountain is, but thankfully it's a lot closer than you might think. The guard in question is located in the northwestern part of Sacrament, just to the left of the main building.
