Backhand Blade in Elden Ring is a special type of weapon that is exclusive to the Shadow of the Erdree DLC. While most weapons and Ashes of Wars require you to win a boss fight, this sword does not. Backhand Blade can be found lying on the ground somewhere in the Land of Shadows. It is worth seeking out for its unique build and playstyle that is unlike any other weapon in the game.
Elden Ring – How to Get a Backhand Blade (Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC)
If you want to get your hands on the Backhand Blade in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdree, then this guide will cover everything you need to know. We’ve listed the location of this weapon, along with the stats required to wield it.
If you've just entered the Land of Shadows, activate the Grave Plain Site of Grace. From the Grave Plain area, the Backhand Blade location is relatively easy to reach. All you have to do is keep moving northeast until you find the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace.
From the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace, walk north and you will find a mausoleum. The Backhand Blade is right in front of the chest placed in that mausoleum. So you can go and pick it up. One more thing, make sure to keep your distance from the Furnace Golem nearby. It is a huge boss that can place obstacles in your path.
