Destiny 2 conducted multiple tests for Fireteam Finder in the form of a Raids Stress Test and a public beta period in December 2023. This allowed them to understand the unexpected technical challenges of scaling the feature to millions of players. At the time of writing, the Destiny 2 LFG feature is scheduled to fully launch in-game in late January 2024. We’ll keep you updated once a confirmed date is announced by Bungie.
