All you need to do to get a part-time job in Persona 3 Reload is interact with the shops in Paulownia Mall and the movie theater in Port Island Station. Once you arrive at Paulownia Mall, you'll find two shops where you can work part-time when you're not searching for the mysteries of the Dark Hour.

The very first one you'll come across is the Chagall Cafe and the second is the Be Blue V. In addition to the Paulownia shopping mall, players will also get the chance to work at the Screen Shot cinema at Port Island Station.
