Hades 2 just came out and it already surpasses the first game in terms of collectibles. You collect a lot of random stuff in Hades 2, and perhaps the most random of all: a Pearl. But where can you find them and what do they actually do?

The Pearl is the reward for defeating Scylla, the second boss of Hades 2 and the final room of the Oceanus dungeon. There are currently no other known sources of Pearls in the game. However, since Scylla is a non-optional boss, you'll collect quite a few during your Hades 2 runs.
As the game’s second boss, Scylla and her band are a common wall to runs. It’s tough to defeat three annoying enemies at once, and they’re all pretty ruthless during their show. So if you make it to the end of Oceanus and are struggling to get the Pearl, here’s what you should do:
As you continue to fight your way back to Tartarus, you’ll gain a better understanding of the fight. And each time you win, you’ll be rewarded with a shiny pearl for your efforts. If you’re desperate to farm pearls, you can end your run here and start a new one. But this isn’t a good idea in the long run. Much of Hades 2 lies beyond Oceanus, so it’s smart to capture that progress.
