You’ll be hunting down a lot of resources and items in The First Descendant, and they’re all important for leveling up your characters. Some of the harder ones to find are Energy Activators, which you won’t have to worry about until later in the game.

There are a few ways to find Energy Activators. You won’t need to worry about them until you’re further along in The First Descendant, but as you get closer to the need for stronger characters, Energy Activators become much more important. Here’s what you need to know about getting Energy Activators and using them in The First Descendant.
Energy Activators can only be unlocked by crafting them in The First Descendant. These are made available by talking to Anais, on the eastern side of Albion. Anais is your Magister who will work with you to craft research items that you can use to aid you in your endeavor. It should be a similar process to those who have unlocked weapons and blueprints while playing Warframe.
There are several items that Anais will need from you to make an Energy Activator in The First Descendant. You'll need to find these items in multiple locations, so you'll want to hunt for them as you progress through the game. You can use a Booster while you're collecting these materials.
