Players can purchase the Power Charm in Monster Hunter World from the Provisions Stockpile in the village of Astera. The catch, however, is that you must first complete the Horned Tyrant Below the Sands quest in the game. It's one of the assignment quests that will help you progress through the story.

The quest is unlocked once you reach Hunter Rank 8 and are level 5 or higher in the game. Once you take on the quest, you will have to hunt down a Diablos, a flying wyvern that you will encounter in the Wildspire Waste. It is the apex monster that you will find in the great desert.
