You can get Runes by crafting them with Rune Fragments in Solo Leveling Arise. So before we learn the crafting process, let's look at some ways to get Rune Fragments below:
Once you have Rune Fragments, go to the Fusion menu and craft 1 Rune by spending 100 Rune Fragments. Note that the rarity of the Rune you get is random. Also note that your chances of getting an Epic or Legendary Skill Rune increase if you consistently fail to get it.
