The Airburst Rocket Launcher was one of two Stratagems you could unlock in Helldivers 2. You may only want to use it against a few enemies, but you can have it strategically ready if you want to avoid specific enemies.
You can purchase the Airburst Rocket Launcher from the Stratagems page on your Super Destroyer in Helldivers 2. It appears under the Patriotic Administration Center and can be purchased for 8,000 Requisition Slips.
It is a Support weapon, meaning you have to summon it from your Super Destroyer. You can expect it to arrive three seconds after you summon it, as long as no weather effects interfere with your hellpod. After you summon it, it takes 480 seconds to summon another one.
