The Growshroom is one of the many Territorial Deviations you can get in Once Human and its purpose is to plant crops for you. If you're tired of planting and want to automate the process, this is the Deviation for you.
Growshroom Anomalous Location | Once Human Guide
You can get Growshrooms in Once Human by simply picking mushrooms anywhere on the map. This makes it difficult to get a Growshroom, as it is random. There is no guarantee that you will get it on your first try; you will have to harvest a lot of mushrooms to get a Growshroom.
My favorite place to harvest and grow mushrooms to get a Growshroom is northwest of Meyer's Market along the railroad tracks, as you can harvest about 12-14 mushrooms in this area. If you still don't have a Growshroom after running along the railroad tracks and harvesting all the mushrooms, go to the nearest teleporter, switch worlds, go back and harvest again. Repeat until you have a Growshroom. It takes me about 30 tries to get a Growshroom, so that's a good guideline for how long it might take you.
The Growshroom is a territorial Deviation, like the Logging Beaver or Electric Eel, meaning it can only be used in your territory. This Deviation will plant crops for you if you give it seeds and have empty plots. You must place this Deviation in an Isolated Containment Unit near your base to use it.
