To get Armament Haki in Demon Piece, you will need to complete the Ancient Arts quest for Alphirex NPC. The NPC apparently lost the scroll somewhere on Jungle Island, and it contains the secret technique to learn Ancient Arts. Once you find the scroll, you will have the option to purchase Armament Haki from the Alphirex NPC for 55,000 Beli.
To start, make sure you are at least level 60 and have 50,000 cash in your inventory to unlock Jungle Island. I found the Island in the East Blue Sea, right behind the Windmill Village.
Once you get to Jungle Island, you will find a huge square gray mountain on the far east side. Just go to that mountain and you will come across a dark gray fake wall. Walk through this wall and you will find Alphirex on the other side.
