The Barrel of Starlight is actually a replacement item for the Tablet in Doors Floor 2. You can get the item in room A-1000 on The Rooms level. If you're a beginner and want to know what The Rooms is, it's actually a secret level that you can access via Door 60 on the Hotel level. After entering The Rooms, continue through and reach the final A-1000 room to find this item inside.

So what does the Barrel of Starlight do in the game? Well, it is a consumable item that instantly gives the player 100 Health and gives the player a massive speed boost. It is very similar to the Overdrive Modifier at max level. A single Barrel of Starlight can be consumed a total of 4 times. Also, each time the item is consumed, the effect lasts for 120 seconds before dissipating completely. From my experiments and community post, it appears that you can reach Doors 32 by using a single Barrel of Starlight in the game. I highly recommend this item for Speedrunners and other players who are aiming for the leaderboards.
