There’s quite a bit you can do when playing this game, but in the 1.6 update you can now get Books of Power in Stardew Valley. They’re also called Skill Books, and as the name suggests, reading them will unlock new skills, aka special powers. There’s no single method to getting them all though, some can be purchased from booksellers, others can be found in mystery boxes or treasure chests, while the rest can be unlocked as rewards.
