The announcement of Counter Strike 2 has sent the CSGO community into a frenzy, with players all over the world scrambling to get their hands on early access beta codes. The game is set for a summer 2023 release, but we can understand the excitement surrounding it. As seen in the new trailers, CS2 is a major update with a bunch of changes such as improved graphics, responsive smokes, revamped maps, and more. Since this is a competitive FPS, it would be wise to get your hands on the game as early as possible and learn the mechanics.

The CS2 limited access beta test began on March 22, allowing players to play Deathmatch and Unranked Matches on Dust2. However, there are no codes available to gain early access.

Instead of beta codes, Valve is selecting a select number of players to play the new Counter-Strike 2 early. This is based on the players’ recent playtime on official Valve servers, trust factor, and Steam account status. Players selected for the limited test will receive a notification on their CSGO main menu. To get early access to CSGO 2, select the “ENROLL” option and let the game download the necessary files. Once the download is complete, launch the game and select the “Limited Test” option to play the new version.

Players will be selected for the Counter-Strike 2 Limited Test based on a number of factors deemed important by the Counter-Strike 2 development team, including (but not limited to) recent playtime on official Valve servers, trust factor, and Steam account status.
