Dark Speakerman is a standard, non-event unit that can be summoned in the main lobby. When this unit is on the board, it has a 1% chance of being summoned unless you have a Luck Boost, which increases the chance to 2%. Each summon costs 100 coins and can be summoned in x1 or x10 increments.
