Like all unique Ancestral items in Diablo 4, you have a chance to obtain Esu's Heirloom by simply participating in World Tier Four Events, opening World Bosses, Chests and Tortured Gear Boxes, completing Nightmare Dungeons, and opening Boot Whisper Caches.
These are all purely random, meaning there's no clear way to farm for Esu's Heirloom. That said, they're all pretty easy and there are definitely enough options, so you won't get too bored – you can just play and hope for RNG advantages.
