Fists of Fate is a unique item (gloves) that any class can equip and has a number of chance-based affixes that can make your build quite powerful if you're lucky. Aside from the base effects, your attacks will randomly deal anywhere from 1% to [200-300]% of their normal damage, which can lead to some pretty amazing results. These gloves are currently in the S tier of Maxroll's Unique Tier list and if you want them, this is the place to get Fists of Fate in D4.

To get Fists of Fate in D4, you will need to farm The Beast in the Ice boss which is accessible on Torment 1 difficulty or above. You will need to go to a specific dungeon to find this enemy in the Fractured Peaks region. It is the Glacial Fissure Dungeon, which is located south of Kyovashad.

Accessing the Glacial Fissure dungeon is a bit different. You need to use a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil which you can craft from an Occultist with 9 Distilled Fear and 250 Sigil Powder.

Activate the Sigil from your inventory and you can teleport via the map to the entrance of Glacial Fissure. You will enter a dungeon that you will have to walk through for a while until you reach the arena where The Beast in the Ice will fall from the sky.
