The base weapon version of the Harbinger SMG is relatively easy to find, but to get a Mythic version you'll need to defeat Hades, the god of the Underworld. You can find him in the Underworld arena after defeating Cerberus.
Like his Greek mythological counterpart, Hades resides in The Underworld in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2: Myths and Mortals. To reach The Underworld, you'll need to head west of the island until you reach the Grim Gate. Once there, you'll need to defeat the guardian of The Underworld, Cerberus. After defeating Cerberus, all that's left to do is cross the river that separates The Underworld from the rest of the island.
