As a Mythic, Itachi is available on both Banner 1 and Banner 2. If you've reached Planet Namek in story mode and unlocked Banner 2, I recommend always pulling Mythic units on it. The first banner only has a 0.5% chance to pull a Mythic, while the second banner has a 2% chance.
