The trainer who teaches Kamishiki can be found on Sett's Arena Island. In this location, you will find the trainer on the roof of the largest building. The trainer NPC's name is Tatter and they will play some music with their guitar. In order to learn the Kamishiki fighting style, you will need to offer Soul King's guitar to Tatter.
It goes without saying that you need to defeat Soul King (Rockstar) to get his guitar. However, you should know that there is only a 1% chance that Soul King will drop the guitar after being defeated. So you will have to try repeatedly until you get the guitar. For those who don't know, Soul King is a boss that appears on Second Sea every hour. While he can appear in his normal form, there is a 10% chance that he will appear in his Rockstar form with his guitar in his hand.
