To get this form, you'll need to equip Standless and go defeat those pesky Hollows. You can find them in Hueco Mundo, and after a few rounds of beating them up, they'll drop Ichigo Stage 1 Spec. It may take a few tries, but don't give up – it's worth it!
As you progress to Stage 2, you’ll need to defeat more Hollows, but this time you’ll need to use Ichigo’s Stage 1 Spec instead of Standless. As before, the drop is random, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and keep grinding until you unlock this form.
