The TYBW arc of Bleach focuses mainly on Quincies and their powers. One of those powers is Letzt Stil or the Letz Stile. For a Quincy, it is a sort of last resort that involves the use of the Sanrei Gauntlet. In the series, taking off the gauntlet allows you to gather a lot more Reishi than you normally would, but it does give you a lot of power in a short amount of time. After using it, the Quincy also loses its powers.
