There are several ways to increase your active workforce in Frostpunk 2. This guide will provide you with a list of things you can do.
Make sure you have a logistics district built and set up Frostland Teams to explore Frostland. Look for areas with communities in them, as this will help you get some help increasing your active workforce in Frostpunk 2.
If your Food District has 100% staff allocated and you are not facing a shortage of this resource, you can decrease a percentage (from the pop-up window) to get additional staff for other tasks.
