You can get the Partial Resurrection in Type Soul by reaching Grade 2 and completing a Parkour-based Obby. After reaching Grade 2, you need to find the NPC and talk to her to get a quest for a full res. She will give you a task to find an item once you interact with her. You need to find the missing item and bring it to the Void Pit. Then you need to jump into the Pit and complete the Obby Parkour quest with the item to get the Partial Res.
