You need to participate in Clan Wars to get Razor's Edge Mythical Weapon in Type Soul. Some players are reporting that obtaining this weapon is possible in the AFK World, but I can't confirm it yet (it might take a while, as Mythical Weapons have a 1% drop chance).

You can also use Type Soul trading to obtain it if you can find a vendor; you can find someone to trade with by visiting the Type Soul Discord server. Trading is pretty simple; just find Rin by the basketball court and attack her.
