You get Red Dragon Empress from ALS portals. Her drop rate is quite low, and she has only been obtained from Tier 5 and Secret Portal so far. Tier 5 portal has a 3% chance to drop this unit, and Secret portal drop rate is 4%. While grinding for her there, you also have a chance to get Fallen One, Lightning Queen, Boat, and Lovely Arrancar.

Tier 5 portals drop inside Tier 4 portals and have a 70% drop rate. They also drop in Tier 5 and Secret Portal, with the former having a 90% chance and the latter having a 10% chance. On the other hand, Secret portals only drop in Tier 5 and only have a 0.2% drop rate. Regardless, it’s best to keep grinding for these portals and unlock the ones for Rias Gremory and the other exotic units they offer.
