You will automatically receive a Renascent Dream, or Revival Catalyst charge, each week. Your only task is to complete the introductory quest Reviving the Machine from Watcher Koranos in Valdrakken and transfer it to Antuka in Tyrhold at the 59.73, 53.74 coordinates. This NPC is right next to the Revival Catalyst, so you can immediately transfer a piece of gear into a tier set.
