If you have most of your weapons maxed out but find them ineffective, it might be because you are missing the Terminus Weapons in Granblue Fantasy Relink. They can be described as the final weapons in the game and are incredibly hard to find.

However, as you battle various boss fights on higher difficulties, you’ll need to have a few Terminus weapons with you. It’s almost a no-brainer that you’ll need the final weapons for ultimate battles. Unfortunately, players can’t forge these weapons at the Blacksmith or purchase them anywhere in Granblue Fantasy Relink. To obtain Terminus Weapons in Granblue Fantasy Relink, players must complete The Tale of Bahamut's Rage quest on Proud difficulty. The recommended power level for this quest is 17,500, and you must complete all other Proud quests. Players can obtain any of the Terminus Weapons for a random character once they defeat Proto Bahamut. This means that you would need to win this battle 19 times to obtain a Terminus Weapon for each of your characters.

Terminus Weapons are the ultimate weapons to have in the game and can also be taken to Siero to be awakened once they reach the maximum level. However, if you want to max them out, you must first make sure that all other weapons the character has are already maxed out.
