So use the item to get past the wandering statue in the library in Door 50. Wind up the key and place the item in the middle of the main corridor of the library while hiding. Once the alarm goes off within 10 seconds, the statue will run to the alarm clock and you can slowly get past the statue by moving around the various bookshelves on the right side of the library to get to the other side of the room. Carry the item in your inventory and use it to lure enemies into various sections where you find it difficult to avoid entities.
